Whether you’re a brand new gym-goer, an ex-athlete, or somewhere in between, my mission remains the same: to provide high quality, efficient and intelligent science-informed training and coaching programs.

I believe in the power of education, application, and communication, which is why I place a heavy emphasis on weekly check ins and make myself available for questions, concerns, or chats throughout the week. At the beginning of each new training phase, we’ll discuss the how and why behind your training program so that you’re never left in the dark.

We’ll meet where you’re at to form a collaborative approach to your fitness goals. I’ve got the knowledge and experience, and you put in the work. While I form the objective eye and supportive team, you tell me what you need so we can adjust accordingly.

I want to give you all the tools you need so that you don’t need me in future, but instead, will be able to comfortably and confidently program your own workouts by understanding your body and the scientific principles surrounding exercise.

You’ll almost always find me with my kindle in one hand and an iced Americano in the other. Aside from coaching full time, I’m also back in school pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree to fulfill my childhood dream of becoming an engineer!

I’m a big lover of teaching and education which both center my core philosophies within my coaching. I want you to feel like you have the tools to make ‘it’ happen, whatever ‘it’ is for you.

I enjoy working with people who have big goals, love to lift a barbell, or have an interest in strength sports. My primary objective is to meet you where you’re at so that we can accomplish what you want together!
